What makes a sissy, well… a sissy? Truth is, there is no one-size-fits-all definition. There are, however, a few common traits- telltale signs that you are a sissy.

This article is in no way meant to be the end-all, be-all in helping to determine whether or not you’re a sissy. It’s meant to be more of a source amongst many to aid in helping you discover your true self.
You Might be a Sissy IF…
Here are a series of questions to ask yourself. Let’s see how many of these you answer “yes” to.
- Do you have more panties than boxers/briefs?
- Do panties feel more comfortable because they fit better than briefs or boxers?
- When you see a gorgeous woman wearing a sexy outfit, do you spend more time thinking about how good she might feel in those clothes than you do about what she might look like out of those clothes?
- Do you have a tiny, inadequate penis that’s incapable of pleasing women so you don’t even bother trying?
- Do you wish your tiny penis would shrivel up and shrink smaller than it already is?
- Do you find yourself drawn to feminization articles and feminization porn?
- Do you refer to your tiny dicklet as a clitty and your ass as a pussy?
- Do you fantasize about being en femme and being made to serve Mistress in front of her friends?
- Do you enjoy humiliation for not being a real man or a real girl?
How many of these questions did you answer yes to? If you answered “yes’ to three or more of these questions, the possibility that you may be a sissy should be considered. As with anything, the more questions you answer “yes” to, the more of a chance you are indeed a sissy!
What if I Answered “No” to Most of the Questions?
If you answered no to most of the questions, there is a possibility you may not have answered them honestly out of guilt and shame. Another possibility is that you aren’t really a sissy but perhaps you simply enjoy wearing panties because it’s naughty fun.
As I said earlier, there is no simple way to determine whether or not you are sissy because many factors should be taken into consideration. You may actually not be a sissy at all, perhaps you are a crossdresser or maybe you are actually transgender. Oftentimes, determining these things is a process that takes time and over time, the answers to these questions may change and evolve.
I Think I am a Sissy, Now What?
There are many different sissy stereotypes. You may identify with one or more of these stereotypes or none of them. What are some of the common sissy types?
Frilly Sissy: Do you enjoy all things satiny, lacy, and frilly? Does the thought of cute little patent leather Mary Janes excite you? Bows and ribbons, bonnets, rumba panties… chances are, if you are a frilly sissy, you are drawn to all of these things.

Yes therapy is good. Support group is actually what it is. At one group I dressed too slutty. Support group leader said April your skirts are way to short. If you got the legs show them off is what I say. I just dress like the hoes I see in the mall
